Remember yesterday’s Wedding cake? This is the utterly awesome Groom’s cake that went with it. Red velvet with cream cheese icing he is what we’re calling a “character cake” mostly flat with some shape and relief built up, out of both cake and fondant.

   This was my groom’s cake from my wedding on 3/24/12. A friend brought it from Austin to the venue at Katy, TX and it arrived in perfect shape. Yoda was even more detailed in person, the pictures don’t do the fondant relief justice. And though I can’t say personally because the entire cake was consumed when my back was turned, everyone who came up to me told me how delicious it was. That should tell you something. Five Stars, etc. Great job, guys. Was more than I expected.
