Saints Helmet

A silhouette cake, 10" in diameter of a stylized Saints football helmet, made of chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and mini-morsels between the layers. The gold areas are painted with an edible metallic-looking food color with soft copper for shadowing, and I've included a few close-up pictures that demonstrate how nicely it sparkles in the flash.
