If you’ve never had a handmade marshmallow, then you don’t know what you’re missing! They are a different breed altogether from the bone dry, stale, sad little guys in the plastic bags on the bottom shelf at the grocery store, made more to have an extended shelf life and stability than for actual flavor. They’ve been mass produced for so long that expectations have been permanently and universally lowered.

Handmade marshmallows — treats that harken back to when a marshmallow was a well crafted, honest-to-goodness confection — are soft and delicate, with a velvety texture and rich flavor. Sure, you can put these guys in cocoa or make s’mores from them, but they are delicious enough to stand up all by themselves, nibbled directly. They are a universal treat, and enjoyed by everyone of every age and demeanor (you just try to be a curmudgeon while noshing on a sweet, tasty pillow of joy!).

Marshmallows are a silly passion of ours — we find them delightful and versatile, a joy to eat, and downright fun to make. As a result, we are always working on new flavors. In an effort to wrangle together a semi-concise list of what we have done, and can do in the future, please find below the flavors we’ve developed and are available through us. And, in an effort to catalog the flavors we’ve developed… and still need some tinkering, but that we’re happy to disclose anyway, I’ll be adding an “in the lab” section at the bottom as well.
